Attorney Fader serves on the executive committee of the zoning section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He received his B.A. from Rutgers College and his J.D. from Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to forming his own law offices in January, 1992, Attorney Fader worked with a regional law firm, advising clients about compliance with land use and environmental laws and representing them before regulatory agencies.
Before becoming an attorney, he was a Business Analyst with Shawmut Bank, Hartford, analyzing commercial loans, and a housing development administrator with US HUD, Chicago, leveraging public and private lender funds for creating housing and economic development opportunities.
Additionally, while serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras, he designed master land use plans for the capital city region. He also has a background in building construction, having been a member of a trade union. Attorney Fader speaks Spanish and conducts bilingual seminars in his core practice areas. |
